Over the past five years, my journey as a practitioner in the realm of sex, love, & relationships has granted me profound insights (and a lot of joy). Through this work, I've come to a lifechanging realization: at the very heart of our existence, what we all crave most is intimate connection. To me, the essence of true fulfillment lies in the richness of meaningful relationships.

My transmission fuses elements of modern psychology and coaching theory with trauma release, energy work, tantric practice, meditation and mindfulness techniques, shamanic Taoist wisdom, and integration.

Through online coaching sessions for individuals and couples, as well as in-person ceremonies and international retreats, I offer transformative spaces that serve as catalysts for expansive love, guiding individuals towards a vibrant existence and nurturing sustainable, passionate relationships.

Everything I offer, breathe, and do emanates from my gnostic heart. I only share what has profoundly impacted myself, my marriage, and my communities.
