I'm so glad you're here.

Over the past six years, I've devoted my life to the study and practice of intimacy, embodiment, and human connection. Along the way, I've come to a simple yet profound realization: beneath nearly everything we seek is a longing to love deeply and be deeply loved.

To me, the quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of our relationships—with ourselves, our partners, our communities, and the living world around us.

My work fuses archetypal psychology, Integrative Health, somatic coaching, Taoist Tantric arts, trauma-informed practices, energy work, and ancient wisdom traditions to support lasting transformation from the inside out.

Whether we're meeting in a private coaching session, gathering in ceremony, or sharing space on retreat, my intention is always the same: to create environments where you can relax into belonging, remember who you are, and cultivate a more authentic relationship with yourself and those you love.

Everything I teach is rooted in lived experience. I share only the practices that have transformed my own life, strengthened my marriage, grounded me in motherhood, and deepened my relationships and sense of community. I don't believe healing comes from becoming someone new; it comes from returning to what has always been true beneath the protective layers of conditioning.

With compassionate support, intentional practice, and the willingness to meet ourselves honestly, I believe we can move beyond unconscious patterns and into relationships rooted in presence, devotion, and fulfillment.
